Union Symphony Youth Orchestra is a new program of Union Symphony Society, Inc. for music students of the greater Union County area of North Carolina interested in the study and performance of orchestral repertoire. USYO held the first auditions for this youth orchestra on Saturday, May 16, 2009. See the auditions page for requirement downloads and more information. Students accepted into USYO will attend a music camp and have regular rehearsals as well as three concerts throughout this first 2009–2010 season.
