Union Symphony Youth Chamber Players Vivace Strings is a chamber ensemble of talented USYO students under the direction of instructor Christen Stephens. The ensemble meets this year on Wednesdays 4:30–5:45p at St. Francis United Methodist Church McGee Road Charlotte, NC to rehearse a repertoire of art and traditional music. Union Symphony Youth Chamber Players Exposition is a cello quartet of talented USYO students under the direction of Liz Pilot. The ensemble meets bi-monthly to rehearse a repertoire of art and traditional music. See below for their full schedule of performances within our community.

Union Symphony Youth Chamber Players Inner Voices under the direction of Leslie Craven is a new advanced woodwind ensemble which meets weekly for the study and performance of chamber music. This ensemble consists of members of Union Symphony Youth Orchestra. They will perform community venues including the Red Cross Rhapsody in Red Charity Ball, Waxhaw Springfest and the Union Symphony New South Music Festival.

Union Symphony Youth Chamber Players Allegro Strings under the direction of Beth Joy Fowler  with piano accompaniment by Anne Kimball meets this year on Tuesdays (strings) 4:30–5:30p at First Presbyterian Church 302 E. Windsor Street Monroe, NC  28110. Students of stringed instruments with two years of formal training may apply. Submit your registration (PDF Download below) and a $25 membership fee payable to Union Symphony Society, Inc. by mail to Union Symphony Society, Inc. PO Box 3044 • Monroe, NC 28111-3044.

Union Symphony Youth Chamber Players Ceildh Strings is a new ensemble just forming for the performance of Celtic and traditional music. USYO members may contact us at usyo.org if you are interested in joining this group.

There will be several performance venues for USCHAP musicians including Festival in the Park in Charlotte, NC, the Art Walk in Historic Downtown Monroe, the Red Cross Rhapsody in Red Charity Ball as well as lobby performances preceding USYO concerts.
